|Recommended: NoLike a wonderfully wrapped present full of dissapointment — Grease dripping from the fan, plumbing pipes that break easier than wet paper, not nearly enough cabinet space if you expect to fit 4 people in a unit. The bed isn't too comfortable, but I guess that's what mattress toppers are for. Don't even get me started on the internet. It disconnects randomly, when I'm playing games I sometimes just get disconnected because the internet no longer connects to my computer.

|Recommended: NoNeeds Better Wifi, more parking room and more sound isolation — People here can party too hard, and the fact that the walls are so thin makes it hard for me to study here, not to mention the wifi is really unstable at inopportune moments

|Recommended: NoOverpriced Off-Campus Dorm — If you want to move away from dorm life, this isn't the place for you. Parties all the time, maybe not now since COVID , cheap furniture, walls are thin so anything is heard from inside the apartment. I adored the staff as people, they are great people to have a conversation with and they do try to help as much as possible, but management is flawed and could use a lease policy update. The one that was given to me was vague and left too much in the air. There were so many parking spots but the rate for a parking pass was way too much, definitely didn't meet the supply-demand. My car got broken into and little to nothing was done to find the culprit. Expensive items were stolen even though all my doors were locked. There were several incidents so you might be safer finding street parking. You can find a better place for cheaper, please don't put this apartment complex at the top of your list unless you want that dorm-like experience.

|Recommended: YesGreat but needs love and care — Everything was great except for absolutely nothing being cleaned in our common area when we moved in and had to ask people to come back to clean it twice.

|Recommended: YesA great place with thin walls — I have especially noisy upstairs neighbors, and I can hear them loud and clear. Additionally you share a wall with one of your roommates, and these are also pretty thin. Regardless the kitchen is really nice, and the layout of the house means you can see if most rooms are open, which creates a really nice roommate atmosphere. I really enjoy it here, although if you need super quiet while you sleep, or say things you don't want anyone to hear, then you may consider looking for thicker walls.
