|Recommended: YesNew resident — Not much to say since I’m new. Place seems great so far.
|Recommended: NoStaff knowingly allowed someone to park in my reserved spot — Staff knew there was someone in my spot and knew who it was. When she refused to move her car, they did not tow her. She has been here to whole weekend. This spot 2127 was selected for me because I have a physical disability, and it was close to the elevator. There is no staff on the grounds. I can’t find the alleged “security” phone number that’s supposed to take care of noise complains and all kinds of things. I even texted other residents—no one has it. The walls of the garage say “reserved—violators towed at owners expense” but clearly this is a falsehood. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. It turns out anyone can do anything on the weekends and incur zero punishment whatsoever. I guess that explains the graffiti. And I’m sure that won’t be the last of it.
The unit was filthy. The nasty stained carpet has come away from the tack strip in the doorway of my room. The unit is covered in paint from the world’s laziest contractors. Even on the carpets and the couch There is grime over the entire kitchen, the floors and cabinet interiors were extremely dirty. There were rocks on my disgusting carpet. Trash on my floor—candy wrappers and assorted detritus and globs of paint. The appliances aren’t even what was promised. Not to mention the property is nasty. The elevators look like the public one in the parkade. Disgusting on the inside and the out for some reason, they appear to have been splashed with food or beverage on the exterior in many places.
It’s an otherwise cute place, but the filth is unacceptable. This is NOT the “turnover” promised wherein carpets were replaced and place was thoroughly cleaned.
So far, the overall promises made during touring and the process of signing the lease have NOT been met.

Guess what The elevator is down again and has been for a month I actually believe that the elevator has been down more than it has been working since moving here and somehow it is always “out of their control” I walk up 6 flights of stairs everyday from my car to my apartment. I would have never lived here if I knew what I was getting into. It’s also just actually gross here the terrace is COVERED in garbage and is never cleaned same with the courtyard. I’ve seen a dog pee on their cushions out there and no one has ever cleaned it. If you are thinking about living here just don’t it I constantly feel taken advantage of because they take 1000 dollars a month from me and yet they can’t get the elevator fixed. In case you didn’t hear me the first time I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE you can definitely find a better option me and my three roommates all did for next year
|Recommended: NoElevator constantly breaks down and they take months to fix it. Outside of windows have not been cleaned once since elevate was built, they are so dirty it’s nasty. The wifi is incredibly slow. Our beautiful terrace is littered with trash and cigarette butts. Improper cleaning of spills leaves horrible rotten smells in our already dirty staircases and mail room for weeks at a time. Other than that the office staff and maintenance staff are lovely and efficient. But management doesn’t gaf
|Recommended: NoThe elevator was down for months then fixed and within a couple days it was down again with no email. This winter we got moved to a hotel because the apartments had no water or heat and just now the water is randomly off again with no explanation. Don’t rent here it is so expensive and you will feel scammed.

|Recommended: NoElevator goes down for WEEKS at a time. Organization does not care about fixing it in a timely manor. Although maintenance is quick to come and fix things when broken, things will constantly break, black mold will form in bathrooms as well regardless of leaving fan on and door open. Power outage 1 11 2023, every other building in the surrounding are received help from Puget Sound Energy and was able to restore power. Elevate continues to be out of power for unknown reasons and has to hire private contractors to fix the building as power remains to be out for all residents.
For the outrageous pricing, I understand everything is expensive, however many better complexes in the area.

|Recommended: YesElevate- Do you get what you pay for — Move in could have been much smoother if the property had more wheeled carts available. Elevators are a mystery. Wi-Fi doesn't always work. Staff is sometimes available.
