How close are you to campus?
Elevate is located minutes from Western Washington University — only a quick 10 minute walk or short bike ride to campus.
Where is Elevate located?
900 N Forest Street, Bellingham WA 98225. To get to our leasing office, we are located on 900 N Garden Street!
I don't want a piece of furniture, what should I do with it?
Leave it; Property furniture cannot be removed from the apartments.
How can I schedule a tour?
Give us a call or send us a text! We can schedule a tour for you!
What is the resident portal?
All of our residents and their guarantors have access to our online resident portal to assist with paying rent and submitting maintenance requests. The app is the best way to pay rent, make noise complaints, and file for a maintenance request!
How does roommate matching work?
No roommate? No worries! We match you to a roommate based on your roommate preferences in your application.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Through the resident portal app!
What are the leasing terms?
These are 12 month leases! You are required to pay rent for all 12 months. If you would like to move out sooner, please contact us and ask about Relet options!
Can I move in before the September Move-In date?
Unfortunately, no. Elevate staff works hard to clean, paint and prep all rooms prior to move in. We reserve the first two weeks to prepare!
How do I connect to the internet?
We can send you the WIFI code when you move in! If you have any difficulties connecting other devices to the internet please contact Wanaport WIFI: (877)-675-1318
Where do I pick up the mail?
We have a mail room located on the first floor. Small USPS packages, as well as all paper mail will be delivered there. Larger packages will be delivered to the leasing office on the sixth floor!
When will I get to know who my roommates are?
We will send out emails with your official roommates towards the beginning of August.
When I leave, does everything in the apartment need to look exactly the way it did when I moved in?
YES! Except for normal attrition, the apartment must be returned to the same condition as it was when you took possession of it. When you first move in, there will be a move-in condition form, just in case something not viewed as normal wear and tear is not attributed to you.
What are individual leases?
With individual leases, you are only responsible for your (or your student’s) rent. This means you aren’t liable for your roommate’s rent at all! Unlike a traditional lease or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to pay their rent, it does not affect you or your lease.

What amenities does Elevate offer?
We have a fitness center, study lounge, entertainment lounge, roof terrace, courtyard, bicycle storage, and a parking garage!

Are you pet friendly?
YES! Furry friends are welcome! Proof of Rabies Inoculations required. Pet Rent $30/month. Required Non-refundable $300 Deposit.
Do you have furniture available?
Yes! We are fully furnished. Included furniture:
- BEDROOM: bed, bed frame, side table, under-bed 4-drawer storage, desk, desk chair.
- LIVING: couch, chair, coffee table, tv table, bar stools.
- APPLIANCES: refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer.
Are utilities included?
WIFI, Cable, Water, and Trash are all included! Electricity and heating are not included, those bills range from $5.00-$15.00 a month! (based on usage)
Is there parking available?
Yes! Contact us to secure your parking spot now! Reserved Parking: $65/month General Parking: $50/month. (Parking spots are on a first come first serve basis.)
What are the qualification requirements to rent?
To qualify, you or a guarantor must make 3x the monthly rent every month, and have a credit score of 600 or higher.
Do you require renter’s insurance?
Yes, we require renters insurance. We have partnered with Foxen, to assist you and simplify this process.
Is there a security deposit?
No security deposit is required!
Can I paint the walls/attach stuff to the walls?
No, to painting the walls. Yes, to attaching things to the walls, so long as any holes are no larger than a dime.
